The IMBA program deeply inspired me to move forward by expanding my horizons into globalization. I have taken in the RBS culture that encompasses being “the most respected business school” and “the business school with the most expertise in Chinese management”. The program greatly enhanced my capabilities in Strategic Human Resource Management by teaching comprehensive enterprise management techniques. Furthermore, the IMBA program gave us many options for international experiences in study exchanges, dual degrees, and global network weeks. As the old saying goes, “the greatest use of life is to spend it for something that will outlast it”. The IMBA program made my life meaningful.
